Every Sunday, Mary would bake her famous apple pie and share it with neighbors. The recipe was a closely guarded secret, but the love she baked into every pie was no secret at all. Her kitchen always smelled amazing, and her home was filled with warmth and laughter. I will treasure those Sunday afternoons forever.
